ChimeraXTM Circulating Tumor Cell Analysis Workstation
ChimeraXTM Circulating Tumor Cell Analysis Workstation is a fully automated cell sorting system independently developed by Jusbio. With sorting reagents, it can automatically complete all the steps of cell fixation, permeabilization, staining and sorting to achieve enrichment of target cells. The stained target cells can be scanned and imaged by fully automated fluorescence scanner, and through the supporting analysis software, the cells can be identified, counted and related multi-histology detection.

principle
For the peripheral blood samples after collection and centrifugation, the target cells or other cells will be labeled firstly. Under the action of the sorting unit, the target cells will be retained on the microfluidic chip, and the other cells will be separated automatically, so as to realize the capture of target cells. Subsequently, the automated process of fixation, permeabilization and staining is carried out on the chip to complete the cell staining. Finally, cell identification, counting and related detection are carried out through the supporting analysis software.
