SenmurwXTM series fully automated sample preparation workstation is a flexible configuration, feature-rich, high-precision and high-efficiency desktop automated liquid workstation independently developed by Jusbio. It supports user's personalized program requirements and can accurately and quickly perform liquid dispensing, mixing, temperature control and transfer operations, and can carry out laboratory liquid handling workflow such as sample processing, nucleic acid extraction, reverse transcription and library construction, improving laboratory work efficiency and testing accuracy.

principle
The workstation carries out liquid dispensing, mixing, temperature control and transfer operations through the instrument's robotic arm, combined with pipetting module, temperature control module and mixing module according to the preset application program. The DNA and RNA obtained after isolation are carried by magnetic beads. Based on the technology of specific binding of the capture probe on the surface of the magnetic beads to the target in the plasma, pure target is obtained by washing the magnetic beads, and the extraction of nucleic acid from the sample is realized.
