On the beautiful spring day of March 8th, the company has prepared thoughtful holiday souvenirs to express care and blessings for female employees, such as carnations, hand cream, silk eye masks, combs, brown sugar, etc., to help everyone welcome the bright spring with full vitality. This meticulous care from the inside out makes everyone feel warm.
In addition, the company has specially invited professional photographers to take personal image photos of employees, capturing their unique charm, showcasing the most professional style, and allowing the beauty of women to bloom in diversity.

On December 25th, the "Warm Winter Christmas Carnival" Christmas theme event was successfully held on the 1st floor of the headquarters building. This event is not only to create a strong festive atmosphere for everyone, but also to recognize the initial effectiveness of last month's "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" activity. This event is divided into two phases. On the morning of December 25th, Santa Claus, played by Wang Jian from the administrative management department, delivered gifts to everyone. Santa Claus pulled his "gift mountain" to each employee's workstation to deliver gift boxes. The gift boxes contained apples, various candies, and surprise gifts in a blind box format chosen by the employees themselves. Each employee received the gifts sent by Santa Claus, which were full of joy, ceremony, and surprise, There‘re also 7 surprising gifts, and the employees who won are really lucky!
The second part of the event was held at 3:30 pm in the tea break area on the first floor. At the beginning of the event, Santa Claus presented gifts to 7 employees who received surprise notes. Although the gifts were small, they were full of meanings and foreshadowed an auspicious omen. They opened a good beginning for everyone in the coming new year and wished all employees peace and success.
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Dunwill held a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration activity, in which more than 50 employees gathered together to feel the festive care from the company and the wonderful atmosphere of Dunwill's big family.
At the beginning of the activity, everyone experienced the fun of making homemade mooncakes and felt the warmth of the Mid-Autumn Festival. At the activity site, mooncake skins and fillings, materials and DIY tools were prepared early. Under the guidance of the teacher, everyone gave full play to their imagination and creativity, using carefully selected molds to print out beautiful shapes and prints. In the happy atmosphere, a delicate and lovely iced mooncake soon covered the table. In the riddle-guessing session, everyone enjoyed themselves and experienced the fun and sense of achievement brought by the riddle-guessing. The atmosphere was very active and full of laughter. A Han Fu show brought everyone to feel the charm of Han Fu heritage. The ladies dressed in Han Fu made a stunning appearance, performing etiquette, displaying ancient rhythms, and savoring the beauty of Chinese costumes. Barbecue can be said to be a big fun in the fall. Smell the smell of smoke and fire, listen to the sound of grilled meat, everyone passes the grilled skewers to each other, raise their glasses and drink together, talk about happiness, laughter lingers in the air.
Dunwell has always regarded employee care and corporate social responsibility as an important part of the company culture. In the middle of summer, Dunwill's Family Open Day was joyfully opened in our Shanghai Songjiang office.
At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Yin Zhiping, a famous shadow puppet artist, presented a wonderful shadow puppet show "Journey to the West". A light, a curtain and a soundtrack full of Chinese folklore led the children on a wonderful journey of light and shadow encounters. After the performance, Ms. Yin demonstrated the shadow play techniques to the audience, and the children experienced the fun of shadow play under the guidance of the teacher. After zero distance contact with traditional culture, the children not only felt the charm of shadow puppetry as a classic national art, but also strengthened their sense of identity and pride in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
March 8 is the 113th International Women's Day and the 100th Women's Day in China. Dunwill Medical has prepared a series of activities to thank all the hard-working Dunwill goddesses. A gift of a pampering kit made the goddesses more independent and confident! On the day of the festival, all Dunwell goddesses are also invited to watch a free movie to relax and be their own queens!

February 29, 2024 is the 17th International Day of Rare Diseases. At present, there are over 7000 rare diseases known worldwide, with over 350 million rare disease patients worldwide. In China, the number of rare disease patients exceeds 20 million. The theme of this year's International Rare Diseases Day is "Pay attention to rarity, light up the light of life, help the weak, and practice putting people first". Behind these seemingly cute names, such as "Porcelain Doll," "Marionette Man," and "Star Child," lies the immense pain of a rare disease family. About 80% of rare diseases are caused by genetic defects, with half of rare disease patients developing symptoms at birth or childhood. However, only 5% of rare diseases have approved treatment methods. For a long time, rare disease populations have faced difficulties in diagnosis, treatment, drug development, and low social attention.
To support the promotion of rare diseases, Dunwill Medical has launched the Rare Disease Popularization Charity Project since 2018. At the "Hanlan Action, Zhongshan Escort" 2024 International Rare Disease Day special event, Dunwill Medical donated a special fund to "Pea Sir" again, which will be used for rare disease popular science propaganda and public welfare promotion. "9.9 Public Welfare Day" is an annual public welfare event jointly launched by Tencent Public Welfare and hundreds of public welfare organizations. As a public welfare platform for genetics and rare diseases, "Pea Sir" is dedicated to scientific dissemination, capacity training, industry links and public welfare advocacy in the field of rare diseases. Over the past 7 years, we have cooperated with dozens of clinical experts in the field of rare diseases, and served nearly 100 organizations for patients with rare diseases, becoming one of the most influential scientific communication platforms in the field of rare diseases in China.
Since 2018, Dunwill Medical has signed a rare disease public welfare donation program with "Pea Sir", and become Pea Sir's caring partner, dedicated to helping the rare disease community, so that every "extraordinary" life can be seen, understood, respected, and receive better treatment and care. We believe that every little effort we make can bring great light to a family. At the "Genetics and Rare Diseases Public Service Donation Ceremony" held on this year's International Rare Disease Day, Dunwill donated 300,000 RMB to "Pea Sir" , which will be used as a special fund for public service publicity to help more patients with rare diseases.
February 28th is the 16th International Rare Disease Day. Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University launched the "2023 International Rare Disease Day Fudan-Zhongshan Special Activity", inviting rare disease patients to share their real experiences, so that "rare" can be "seen" by more people. Fudan Zhongshan Rare Disease Clinic was officially opened.
"The Donation Ceremony of Genetics and Rare Diseases Public Welfare Activities was held at the same time. In November 2021, the "7 microRNA liver cancer test kit" developed by the team of Department of Liver Surgery of Sun Yat-sen Hospital, led by Academician Fan Jia and Professor Zhou Jian, was successfully transformed into a clinically applicable in vitro diagnostic product and produced and marketed. Together with the team from the Department of Liver Surgery of Sun Yat-sen Hospital, Dunwill Medical explored a new model of cooperation between "medical research and production", and promised to donate RMB 1 yuan to public welfare organizations for every kit produced. During the event, Dunwill Medical donated 300,000 RMB to "Pea SIR", a public welfare platform focusing on genetics and rare diseases, which was witnessed by Li Yun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sun Yat-sen Hospital of Fudan University, on behalf of the hospital. The donation will be used to publicize rare diseases.
