INTRODUCTION
10X Genomics Chromium Controller uses barcode gel microspheres combined with microfluidic technology to complete the preparation of single cell library with up to 8 samples on a single chip, and a single library can capture 500-10000 cells; Chromium X further enhances throughput, with each chip capable of running up to 16 samples and capturing 1 million cells, and obtaining single-cell resolution transcriptome, immunomics, and other information to assist scientific and clinical research.
