On September 2, 2023, 8th East China Health Management Forum and a series of academic activities were grandly opened in Shanghai. On the afternoon of September 2nd, at the "Digital Intelligence Empowering Health Management" sub forum, Director Jiang Sunfang of the Health Management Center of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University delivered a wonderful report with the theme o "Following the Guidelines, Working Together with Communities - Empowering Grassroots Liver Health Full Process Management".

Director Jiang Sunfang shared the current situation of community health management and pointed out that the current situation of liver cancer diagnosis and treatment in China is severe. She hopes to build a Zhongshan model health management service system, build a health management platform for transforming medical resources into applied community service scenarios, cooperate with medical consortia and community, do a good job in the management, intervention, and screening of chronic liver diseases in the community, and form a precise and integrated screening model according to the guidelines, fundamentally reduce the proportion of advanced liver cancer patients and improve the 5-year survival rate.
