Before the activities officially began, the Facilities and Equipment Management Department conducted a questionnaire survey to understand employees' common commuting methods. Based on the results, the company prepared corresponding safety gifts for employees who cycle, walk, or drive, including bicycle helmets, flashlights, and car window break/seatbelt cutter tools, fully demonstrating the company's high level of attention and meticulous care for employee safety. It is worth mentioning that to meet the personalized needs of cycling employees, the company also provided helmets in multiple colors for everyone to choose from, further enhancing practicality and engagement.

During the kick-off session, Zhou Yijun, EHS Manager from the Operations Support Center, explained the significance of this event. He emphasized that safety is the fundamental guarantee for Dunwill Medical's sustainable development and is closely related to every employee. Safety is not just a slogan but a constant priority that must be internalized and put into practice. He expressed the hope that through this event, everyone's safety awareness would be further strengthened, using higher standards, stricter requirements, and more concrete measures to build a solid safety barrier for the company's high-quality development.

Subsequently, he systematically introduced the specific content and arrangements of the safety activities, mainly including: the "Safety Knowledge Lecture Hall" for popularizing safety information, the "Practical Safety Skills Competition" for enhancing emergency response capabilities, the "Safety Red Card Initiative" for identifying workplace hazards, the "Health Monitoring" and "Sports Challenge" focusing on employees' physical and mental health, and the "Daily Safety Hazard Reporting Mechanism" encouraging all employees to participate. In the environmental safety training session, EHS Manager Zhou Yijun focused on key fire escape points, CPR operation skills, usage methods of common emergency facilities, and safety precautions around the company premises, further enhancing employees' practical ability to respond to emergencies.

The traffic safety session was innovative: employee representatives Zhu Jingxiong, Kong Xing, Bai Chaogang, Cao Minlan, Luo Cheng, and others vividly acted out common traffic risk scenarios like road rage, drunk driving, non-motor vehicle violations, and distracted driving through a situational drama, intuitively conveying the importance of traffic safety and enhancing employees' self-protection awareness. Finally, using a schematic diagram of high-accident areas around the company, everyone was reminded to pay attention to traffic safety during their commute and ensure safe travel.
