The 17th National Conference on Laboratory Medicine of the Chinese Medical Association, hosted by the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, was grandly held at the Changsha International Conference Center in Hunan Province from March 30 to April 1, 2023. After three years, Laboratory Medicine colleagues from all over the country have once again gathered to celebrate an academic feast. This conference focuses on new concepts, technologies, and solutions in the field of laboratory medicine, inviting top domestic and foreign experts and scholars to jointly explore the high-quality development of laboratory medicine.

Professor Sun Yunfan (the first author of the Cell 2021), a liver surgery expert from Fudan Zhongshan Hospital, was specially invited to share clinical and laboratory research cases, and Dr. Lu Binbin from Dunwill Medical shared the theme of "Enterprise Assisting Medical Institutions" self-developed path exploration. Professor Ou Qishui, Vice Chairman of the Laboratory Medicine, Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and Professor Pan Shiyang served as the chairpersons of this forum. Professor Sun Yunfan and Dr. Lu Binbin brought a wonderful academic feast to the teachers of laboratory medicine across the country.
