This event includes specialties such as molecular biology, pathology, cell biology, and mass spectrometry, and has carefully designed two core contents: theoretical competition and practical competition. The theoretical competition segment adopts a combination of training and on-site or online limited time answering, with content closely focused on quality system and professional technical theory, promoting participants to comprehensively and systematically master relevant knowledge. The practical competition is divided into two parts: a racing competition and a competitive competition. The racing competition assesses the speed and accuracy of the contestants through methods such as pipetting, cell transfer plates, and paraffin sectioning. The competitive competition assesses the quality of the contestants' operations through qPCR fluorescence quantitative standard curve, quality control cell recovery rate, and slice staining yield, comprehensively evaluating their mastery of core skills.

This event coincides with the installation and debugging of an internationally renowned brand mass spectrometer newly added to the laboratory. Through systematic theoretical training, rigorous operational practice, and meticulous data processing training, the participants have deeply mastered the advanced operating skills and data processing methods of the instrument. Through learning and assessment, the contestants not only accumulated rich and valuable practical experience and knowledge in the professional field, but also injected strong momentum into the mass spectrometry platform's relentless pursuit of detection accuracy at a new height.

After the competition, the leaders in charge combined with the actual situation to analyze and evaluate the problems discovered in the competition for various professional contestants, promoting technical personnel to know their shortcomings and make up for their shortcomings, achieving the competition goal of promoting learning through competition, learning to promote ability, motivating advanced and improve weak links, and accelerating the construction of an excellent technical talent team.

At the edge of the operating table and in front of the slicing machine, figures were busy yet orderly. The energetic faces displayed the confidence and perseverance of Dunwill employees, and their skillful step-by-step operation was a powerful proof of their technical strength. Technicians meticulously paste barcodes, record information, divide samples and inject them, and then successfully produce clear tissue and cell slices through multiple processes such as slicing and staining; From orderly and precise processing and preparation of samples, to machine amplification and sequencing, and finally relying on professional technology and precise analytical capabilities, it provides key reporting information for precise treatment of diseases, providing valuable data support for scientific research and clinical practice, and playing a crucial role in early detection and diagnosis of diseases.

Commending Advanced, Leading by Role Models to Promote Progress

After more than a month of intense competition, stunning results came out such as the highest professional answer sheet with full marks and a maximum CV (%) of 0.9% for pipette dispensing. In the end, 8 contestants stood out with outstanding comprehensive strength and won the Individual Distinction Award, while 4 contestants won the Individual Excellence Award. In addition, the top three team awards were also selected to recognize their outstanding performance in team collaboration.

On the afternoon of June 21st, the award ceremony for this competition was grandly held at the headquarters of Dunwill Medical. Ms. Lu Binbin, General Manager of Epione Medlab, Mr. Wang Zhen, Executive Director of Dunwill Medical Operation Support Center and General Manager of Minsheng Medical, Mr. Liu Zhanjie, General Manager of Jusbio Sciences, and Ms. Tong Yanzheng, Executive Director of Dunwill Medical R&D Center jointly presented honorary certificates, trophies, and bonuses to the award-winning contestants to encourage them to continue to keep working hard to achieve better results.
