In order to help new colleagues understand the corporate culture and values, accelerate team integration and job competency, Dunwill Medical's 2024 New Employee Training Course was recently launched. New colleagues from various departments of the company gathered at the Shanghai headquarters building from all over the country to participate in a one-and-a-half-day training and team building activity.

Through Ice breaking games like fun puzzle and team collaboration games, new employees quickly broke through the unfamiliarity of their first encounter. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, each team worked together, closely cooperated, and overcame obstacles, showcasing their enterprising spirit and vibrant demeanor. This strengthened communication and teamwork, enhanced team cohesion and centripetal force.
The barbecue party in the evening opened up a new world, and the usually rigorous leaders actively set an example and sang on stage. Through their guidance, new employees showed their singing skills, receiving waves of applause from their colleagues. Paired with a sumptuous and delicious barbecue, and a lively and extraordinary game which One is drumming while the others pass round a spray of blossom, the scene was filled with laughter and joy, leaving unforgettable memories for everyone on this wonderful summer night.

This training has received high attention from the company's senior management. Ms. Sofia Wen, the founder and CEO of the company, visited the site and warmly welcomed everyone who choose and join Dunwill. Subsequently, Mr. Wen shared the milestone events in the company's development journey and pointed out that Dunwill's vision is to become the most influential and globally leading IVD company in the discovery, development and commercialization of original biomarkers, and Dunwill's success needs to be built by all employees together. All employees should possess the qualities and abilities of "learning and growth, value orientation, efficient execution, professionalism, and teamwork". Marketing and sales personnel need to have the ability to "have marketing insights and be hardworking" in customer service. Subsequently, through systematic and practical training courses covering product knowledge, introduction to the top ten technical platforms, information system training, financial reimbursement training, and human resource introduction, new colleagues gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's organizational structure, development history, development strategy, major product and technologies, and other key information. They also gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company's core content such as business processes, institutional norms, and commonly used tools, laying a solid foundation for collaboration between headquarters and frontline work. During the training, everyone listened attentively and enthusiastically to the lecturers' explanations in simple and easy to understand ways. After the training, everyone also had a wonderful review and summary of the learning content, and shared their own training gains and experiences.
